Southern Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. apple cider vinegar
1 oz. red pepper
juice of 3 lemons
1/4 lb. butter
1 oz. black pepper
Preparation

Put vinegar, butter and lemon juice in saucepan on stove; heat to boiling.
Then add peppers and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir constantly.
May be used on cooked pork shoulder roast.
