Country Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 potatoes
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes
    3/4 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Boil potatoes no more than 3 minutes with peels on.
    Cool. Peel skins off and grate.
    Add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
    Put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish; cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, preheat oven to 325\u00b0 and bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Uncover and spread cornflakes and melted butter on top; bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
