Meat Loaf Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 box frozen mixed vegetables
    1 medium onion
    1 medium potato
    1 can tomatoes
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, egg, some onion, salt, and pepper to taste. Use enough cracker crumbs to hold it together.
    Make into a loaf and center in casserole.
    Mix vegetables and put around meat loaf. Chop onion and potato and put over mixed vegetables.
    Over this, pour the can of tomatoes with more salt and pepper.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
