Canned Green Tomatoes For Frying - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green tomatoes, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut ham in chunks approximately 1 x 1-inch. Put into quart jars. (Do not add water.) Add 1 teaspoon canning salt per quart. Cook in pressure cooker at 15 pounds pressure for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
