Sweet Potato Souffle Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, peeled, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Cover with crunch topping.
    Dribble melted butter or margarine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
