Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh peaches, cut up
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bring to boil peaches, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Thicken as needed with cornstarch.
    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, soda and milk.
    Pour into butter.
    Add fruit mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Makes its own crust.)
