Twice Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    salt
    flour
    onion
    bacon
    water
Preparation
    Salt and flour chicken.
    Fry fast in hot oil just to brown on both sides.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Put thin slices of onion and 1 strip of bacon on each piece of chicken.
    Add enough water to almost cover the chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Pour off water and save to make gravy.
    Put chicken back in oven just long enough to dry out a little.
