Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. minced chicken
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 eggs, beaten separately
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Let crumbs stand in milk for 10 minutes, then mix with chicken.
Add slightly beaten egg yolks, seasonings, butter and parsley.
Mix thoroughly.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Bake in buttered pan for 25 minutes in a moderate oven.
Garnish with creamed mushrooms, peas or parsley.
Makes 5 servings.
