Yule Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brazil nuts
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    1 c. dates
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 pkg. candied pineapple
    1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, drained
    1/2 c. green maraschino cherries, drained
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and line with waxed paper and then grease the waxed paper.
    Place nuts and fruits in large bowl. Measure dry ingredients and sift together.
    Then sift over the fruit mixture and mix well.
    Beat eggs in bowl until light, add vanilla.
    Blend with fruit mixture.
    Spoon in loaf pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    After baking cool 10 minutes.
    Take from pan and cool.
    Brush with apple cider.
