Deep Skillet Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tsp. Morton Nature's Seasons blend
    1 (8 oz.) Kluski egg noodles
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Slice stew meat 1/4 inch thick or in small strips 1/4 inch wide.
    Brown quickly on medium-high heat in 1/4 cup oleo in skillet.
    Push meat to one side.
    Add mushrooms and chopped onion. Cook on medium heat until tender.
    Add 1 teaspoon seasoning. Blend in meat.
