Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. chopped bananas
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Sift flour once and measure.
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well with a fork.
    Do not beat!
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased tube pan or greased 9-inch pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
