Blueberry Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/3 c. sugar, divided
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. blueberries
2 tsp. flour
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cream margarine.
Add 1 cup sugar and eggs.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Stir in lemon rind.
Dredge blueberries in 2 teaspoons of flour.
Fold into batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
