Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onion
46 oz. can tomato juice
15 oz. can red kidney beans
15 oz. can chili hot beans
10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar (loose)
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. cool water
Preparation

Brown meat and onion until meat is browned.
Add next 9 ingredients and cook at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Mix together cornstarch and water, stirring until smooth.
Add to chili and cook about 15 minutes longer before serving.
