Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. crawfish tails
    3 medium onions, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    3 sticks butter
    1 qt. half and half
    1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
    4 jalapeno peppers, peeled and seeded
    4 or 5 cloves garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. pkg. fettucini noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter, add onions, celery, bell pepper and flour.
    Cover and saute for about 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Add parsley and crawfish tails.
    Cover and cook another 20 minutes.
    Add cream cheese, jalapeno peppers and garlic; mix well.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook, covered, on low for another 20 minutes.
