Sue'S Stuffed Jalapenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 jalapeno peppers (I use fresh)
    8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
    1 can tiny shrimp, drained (6 to 8 oz.)
    1 can crabmeat, drained (6 to 8 oz.)
    salt and cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and dry. Prepare 1/2 bag stuffing as directed.
    Add shrimp and crabmeat to stuffing.
    If desired, add 1/4 teaspoon each salt and cayenne pepper, or to taste.
    Stuff peppers full, batter and brown in a small amount of oil over medium heat.
    I like to use egg (beaten) with ice water or milk, then roll in cracker meal.
