Corn Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken in milk, then roll in crumbs.
    Line shallow baking pan with foil.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tender.
    May also remove skin before dipping.
