Diabetic Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 bananas
    1 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. sweetener
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. white raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 hours in loaf pan coated with butter or Pam at 300\u00b0.
    After cake is cool, wrap in foil to prevent drying out.
