Turkey-Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. turkey tenderloin, cut into bite size pieces
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
    2 carrots, scraped and sliced
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
    Add rice and carrots; cover and simmer an additional 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove bay leaf.
    Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
