Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium potatoes, chopped and cooked
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes\t before

    ingredients.\tCombine margarine and onions in 2 quart casserole.\tMicrowave for 3 to 4 minutes or cook on top

    until
    onions
    are clear. Stir in broth, salt and\tpepper.
    Cook until broth is boiling. Add potatoes, milk and\tcream.\tCook until piping hot.\tServes 4.
