Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 vanilla beans
4 oz. plus 1/2 c. Yuban instant coffee
4 c. boiling water
7 c. sugar
1 bottle Christian Brothers brandy

Preparation

Dissolve sugar in water; add coffee and beans, then cool. Add brandy. Cap bottle and let sit for 30 days. Stir weekly. Makes 1 gallon.
