Ingredients

1 pkg. ladyfingers, split lengthwise
2 qt. lime sherbet, softened
1/3 c. green creme de menthe
1 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled
Preparation

Line a 5 1/2 cup ring mold with wax paper or Saran and then with ladyfingers rounded side out.
Beat sherbet and creme de menthe until smooth, but not melted.
Spoon into mold.
Freeze until firm.
Unmold and fill center with strawberries.
