Greek Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburg
2 small diced onions
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. hot sauce
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot mustard
2 tsp. red pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c. water
Preparation
-
Cook hamburg and drain.
Simmer hamburg and onions until onions are tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hours. Use to top hamburgers or hot dogs.
