Work Day Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place roast in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut slots in roast and place cut up fresh garlic.
    Pour soup over roast and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over this and salt and pepper.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Place in oven at 250\u00b0.
    Bake from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    Roast will be ready and the gravy made.
