Ortega Fiesta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Ortega peppers (whole or strips)
    2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream, mixed with 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Grease 8 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch casserole.
    Line casserole with peppers, opened flat.
    Add grated cheese.
    Beat eggs and sour cream mixture and pour over cheese.
    Top with layer of peppers (opened flat).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out.
    Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes to set.
