Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Place the evaporated milk in the freezer for at least one hour.
Beat the evaporated milk at high speed until it doubles its volume.
Add the sweetened condensed milk slowly, beating at medium speed.
Add the lemon juice slowly, beating at medium speed, until the mixture gets harder.
Place in the refrigerator. Decorate with maraschino cherries or any topping you like.
