Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    chopped onion
    3 c. salad shrimp
    3 c. cooked white rice
    1 egg (already beaten)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    (Make sure skillet is already hot.) Add shrimp to brown, then the onion.
    Saute about 5 minutes.
    Add egg and cooked rice.
    Mix.
    Add seasonings to taste.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Ready to serve.
