Vegetable Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eggplant, peeled
1 cucumber, sliced or chopped
1 yellow onion, sliced or chopped
1 green pepper, sliced or chopped
3 celery sticks, sliced or chopped
3 to 4 tomatoes, sliced or chopped
5 to 6 mushrooms, sliced or chopped
garlic powder to taste
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Add all vegetables in a large casserole dish.
Add garlic, spaghetti sauce and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
