Hearty Vegetable Soup(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 large potatoes, diced
    2 onions, chopped
    3 carrots, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    6 to 8 sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (with juice), chopped
    1 can of water
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except frozen vegetables, in cooker. Cook on low 10 to 11 hours. Add frozen vegetables and heat it through. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
