Dr. Bird'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed, undrained pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) can coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. diced bananas
Preparation
    Do not use electric mixer!
    Blend with spoon.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients, until all are well blended.
    Bake in a greased and floured stem pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Place foil over top of cake for 20 minutes more (while cooling).
