Carrot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic or onion powder
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter with water.
    Mix with other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
