Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening or butter
1 c. oatmeal (instant)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
4 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation

Mix well. Pour in greased pie dish.
Spread. Save enough to sprinkle on top.
Put the rhubarb on top.
