Baked Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 c. croutons
    1 small (4 oz.) cream cheese
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, carrots and onion in oleo.
    Place in a 4-quart casserole dish.
    Add croutons.
    Mix soup and cream cheese; pour on top and bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
