Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Parboil green peppers
    for 10 minutes.
    Remove tops from green peppers and dice into mixture of ground chuck, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Stuff peppers with ground chuck mixture.
    Arrange in casserole dish and cover with tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
