Brownie Peanut Butter Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) brownie mix
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1 egg
    12 miniature (small) Reese's peanut butter cups
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups.
    Combine brownie mix, water, oil, and egg.
    Beat 50 strokes with a spoon.
    Fill cups 2/3 full.
    Press 1 mini peanut butter cup in center until top edge of candy is even with the batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brownie is set.
    Do not overbake!
    Cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
