Gingered Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head white cabbage
    1 carrot, grated
    1 small red onion (julienne)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage, discarding tough outer leaves.
    Add carrots and onion with cabbage.
    Mix remaining ingredients together, then toss with cabbage mixture.
    Refrigerate and serve cold.
    Serves 4.
