Georgia'S Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 potatoes, chunked
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft (with salt); drain water, all but 2 tablespoons.
    Mix cornstarch and milk in a separate cup.
    Pour mixture into potatoes.
    Add butter and cheese; cook on stove until cheese is melted and thickened.
