Scallops With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    5 1/2 Tbsp. white wine
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 lb. scallops
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine the butter, wine, parsley, scallions and sherry in the crockery pot.
    Bring to a boil on the high setting (300\u00b0), stirring constantly.
    Add the scallops and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook on the high setting for 15 minutes or until the scallops are tender.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4.
    Don't overcook the scallops.
