Scalloped Potatoes(Potatoes For 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. milk
    1 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    12-14 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes into roaster. Melt butter and add flour. Mix and add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Add salt. Pour liquid over potatoes. Bake at 325\u00b0 until done. About an hour.
