Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. bow tie noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Squeeze dry and chop spinach.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add picante sauce, onion, tomato sauce, salt and oregano; mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and mix in noodles.
    Place 1/2 mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish.
    Cover with spinach.
    Top with remaining mixture.
    Sprinkle with corn.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cover with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
