Deluxe Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dark syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 c. pecan meats

Preparation

Mix ingredients together, adding pecans last.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer until middle of pie is firm.
