Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. each: lemon juice, chopped parsley and snipped chives
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 dashes (1/16 tsp.) cayenne pepper
    1 lb. orange roughy
    salt
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in lemon juice, parsley, chives, dill and cayenne pepper.
    Lay fish in single layer in 9-inch square pan. Pour batter mixture over fish.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Take out and keep warm.
    Boil juices over high heat until about 1/4 cup is left.
    Pour over fish.
