Simon And Garfunkel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 to 6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    bread crumbs
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Pound chicken flat; salt and pepper lightly.
    Lay 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken.
    Dot with butter; roll up and secure with toothpicks.
    Dip each piece in egg, then bread crumbs and place in a baking dish.
    Melt butter and add spices. Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Pour wine over chicken and bake another 20 minutes.
