Sensational Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1/2 c. each diced celery and onion
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
1 to 2 tsp. canned whole jalapenos (seeds removed), diced
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Salsa will get hotter the longer it stands.
Makes two quarts.
