Cheese Sauce(For Cabbage Stuffed With Ham And Cheese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. mild grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. mustard
few grains of cayenne
Preparation

Melt in saucepan butter; stir in flour until blended.
Stir in milk, slowly.
When the sauce is smooth and hot, reduce the heat and stir in cheese.
Season the sauce with salt, paprika, cayenne and mustard.
Stir the sauce until the cheese is melted.
