Cheese, Sausage And Ground Beef Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. roll quality sausage (Jimmy Dean, hot)
    1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mash sausage in frying pan.
    Put lid on and simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Add ground beef and stir until done.
    Cut up cheese into mixture and stir until melted.
    Do not cook any longer.
    Serve on rice, potatoes or toast.
