Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 good size potatoes, cut up, not peeled
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut fine
    small jar pimento
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 slices bread, cut fine
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and let cool.
    Mix all ingredients together just until mixed.
    Add a small amount of milk, just enough to moisten.
    Cover with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
