Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, beaten until fluffy
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg and water and then add remaining ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir first 1/2 hour.
    Use 1 1/2 to 2 pounds pecan halves.
