Short Cut Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can whole tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz.)
2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans cocktail vegetable juice (12 oz.)
1 carton cottage cheese (12 oz.)
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
chopped parsley
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet.
Add meat and cook, breaking up with wooden spoon.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and vegetable juice.
Bring to boiling.
Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
