Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large Cool Whip
maraschino cherries
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted butter.
Spread in bottom of oblong pan.
Mix together well the powdered sugar, 2 sticks soft butter, eggs and vanilla.
Beat for 20 minutes.
Spread over cracker crumbs.
Spread the pineapple (drained) over the filling.
Slice the bananas in pineapple juice and lay over pineapple layer.
Spread Cool Whip over the bananas. Top with 1 jar maraschino cherries and the nuts.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
