Pork Picata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. pork medallions
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/2 c. capers
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
    Dredge pork in flour mixture.
    Coat a large skillet with oil.
    Add pork and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
    Transfer to platter and keep warm.
